When Chris McNeal joined the law firm of Johnson & Vines, PLLC, he immediately set out to spearhead the firm’s emerging estate practice. Since then, many individuals in many circumstances have sought his practice.

Whether a client’s needs are simple or complicated, McNeal’s goal is that every Arkansan have a quality and affordable estate plan.

“Many people falsely believe they can make a satisfactory estate plan simply by getting on the Internet and downloading and completing a form full of boilerplate legalese,” he says. “But, estate planning is more complicated and personal than that. I want my clients not only to have good documents, but to understand the consequences and nuance of each word within them.”

McNeal completed his undergraduate degree at Harding University, where he was named Outstanding Political Science Major. He then received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he graduated with honors and was a published member of the UALR Law Review.

He is a regular speaker at various events for lawyers and residents of assisted-living facilities. Outside of work, he serves on the board of directors of the Rotaract Club of Little Rock, and enjoys golfing, hiking and teaching Bible class.
