Christopher D. Brockett is a well-established and knowledgeable attorney in Arkansas with offices in Ozark and Little Rock. His practice areas include state and federal tax controversies, trust and estate planning, corporate and business law and probate, and he litigates in each of these various areas. In addition, Brockett routinely accepts complex cases, such as illegal exaction cases, and he currently represents the City of Ozark in a dispute with Union Pacific Railroad Company relating to access to an at-grade crossing.

Brockett is actively involved in the Arkansas Bar Association, where he has previously served in leadership roles for both the taxation section and the probate and trust section and he is a member of the Pope County Bar Association. Brockett is an adjunct professor at the UALR School of Law, where he teaches the advanced courses of partnership taxation and federal income taxation. He is co-author of the Probate and Estate Administration handbook, in which he prepares the tax chapter. He serves as the current president of Main Street Ozark, a nonprofit civic organization, and is the immediate past president of the Ozark Rotary Club.
