Megan E. Wooster is a Memphis, Tennessee native, who moved to Little Rock in 2007. In the spring of 2013, Wooster founded M.W. Law, PLLC, a boutique domestic relations litigation firm, located in downtown Little Rock.
Wooster’s passion for family law is unrivaled. She is well known for providing aggressive and personable legal representation and advice for her clients. She understands that family law clients experience intense stress and anxiety during the litigation process. To reduce client stress and anxiety, Wooster makes herself available for her clients after business hours and on the weekends. She spends one-on-one time with each client to ensure that he or she has realistic expectations about the litigation process, available case options, legal obstacles and probable outcomes. Helping clients recognize their family and life goals is a top priority at M.W. Law, PLLC.
Since 2013, Wooster has quickly gained notoriety in the family law field. She has consistently received client satisfaction and recognition awards from nationally renowned publications and websites, such as the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys, American Institute of Family Law Attorneys, and Avvo.com. In 2015, she received the “Nation’s Top One Percent” Award from the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
Prior to establishing M.W. Law, PLLC, Wooster was a domestic relations litigation attorney at the James Law Firm and an insurance defense litigation attorney at Anderson, Murphy, and Hopkins, LLP. In 2010, Wooster became a qualified Attorney Ad Litem for children in custody and visitation cases.
She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, and Junior League of Little Rock. Wooster is the YLS In Brief editor of the “What Judges Want” periodicals and the secretary of the Arkansas Bar Association Family Law Section.
