Denise Hoggard has practiced employment law, personal injury law and general civil litigation since 1984. She is an attorney with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton. She serves on the Board of Governors; Chairs the Personnel Committee; Co-chairs the Women in the Profession Committee; and is a mem­ber of the Bar’s Long-Range Planning Committee, Law School Committee, and Leadership Academy Committees. She has served as a member of the Judiciary Committee, Chair of the Labor and Employment Section, and past President of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. She is currently seeking the position of President of the Arkansas Bar Association.
