Born and raised in Little Rock, Bethany Pike is proud to practice in a field where she makes a positive difference in the lives of families in central Arkansas. Since joining The Elder Law Practice of Justin S. Elrod, her practice has focused on helping families in all stages of life prepare for the future.

Pike works with new families to ensure that their young children are taken care of. She works with older couples to protect their assets from the potentially devastating costs of long-term care. Pike helps families avoid probate and guardianship court whenever possible, but she also guides families through these difficult court processes when they are unavoidable.

“Many people put off estate planning because it’s not something they really want to think about,” she says. “But after going through the planning process with our firm, families seem very relieved and usually wonder why they waited so long to get their affairs in order.”

Pike is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Overton Inn of Court and the Arkansas Gerontological Society. She and her husband, Keith, family law attorney and owner of Pike Law Firm, live in Little Rock with their daughter, Emerson.
