Pamela Epperson Panasiuk provides her clients with aggressive, thorough and personalized representation. “I love the challenge of criminal defense. I take my job seriously and every case is a new challenge,” she says.

Panasiuk’s strong work ethic and drive to aggressively represent her clients allows her to get good results. Although most cases are resolved in some type of disposition, she approaches every case as if it is going to trial. By doing this, she often secures a great deal or the case dismissed.

Recently, Panasiuk established Epperson Panasiuk Law. Her practice primarily focuses on criminal defense with a specific focus on DWI/DUI defense. However, she handles personal injury and social security disability cases as well.

Panasiuk is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National College for DUI defense.

Growing up, Panasiuk always knew she wanted to be an attorney. She has done it all, from deputy prosecutor, deputy public defender, defense attorney and special judge. Throughout her career, she has tried numerous criminal cases before judges and juries. There is no doubt she has answered her calling and fulfilled her dream.
