Christopher D. Brockett is an established and knowledgeable tax attorney in Arkansas. His practice includes the areas of state and federal tax controversies, estate planning, corporate and business law, probate matters and litigation in these areas. Brockett routinely takes complex cases such as illegal exaction cases and challenges to candidates’ qualifications for public office. Brockett is actively involved in the Arkansas Bar Association, where he has previously served in leadership roles for both the section of taxation and the probate and trust section. He currently serves on the Audit, Continuing Legal Education and the Legal Forms committees.
