To most, practicing law is a great profession. To Wayne Ball, it’s a passion. For more than 25 years, Ball has prided himself on providing more than expert legal counsel to his clients – he provides legal education. “Many well-educated and hard-working people are unaware of hidden costs and taxes that can easily be avoided,” he says. “I love educating my clients on how to work around them.”
Ball has been named by Worth magazine as one of the nation’s top 100 attorneys and was selected by his peers as one of the Mid-South Super Lawyers for 2009-2014. He’s also co-authored several books, including “A Practical Guide to Estate Administration in Arkansas,” “Basic Probate in Arkansas” and “Guiding Those Left Behind in Arkansas.” Ball spends his free time with his two children and one grandchild, is an award-winning photographer and enjoys bicycling, writing and fly-fishing. Currently, he is admitted to practice in Arkansas, Texas, the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court.
“Being voted as one of the top trust and estate planning attorneys for the fourth straight year is an honor and a privilege. My sincere thanks to my clients and voters,” he says.
