David W. Kamps graduated from law school and passed the Arkansas Bar Exam in 2003. For a year after graduation he served as law clerk for the Hon. Mackie Pierce, a Pulaski County circuit judge. He entered private practice in 2004 and for the next 10 years concentrated on civil litigation and domestic relations, gaining extensive trial experience.
In 2014, Kamps helped establish Kamps & Stotts, PLLC, with Jocelyn Stotts. They founded the firm on the belief that effective representation requires both a fundamental understanding of Arkansas law and the ability to proficiently litigate in court.
Kamps is a member of the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations, is a barrister in the Overton Inns of Court and serves as a board member for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. He regularly participates as a presenter at continuing legal education seminars. David received and maintains the highest possible client and peer-review rating awarded by the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory.
He lives in Little Rock with his wife, Jill, a deputy prosecuting attorney in Pulaski County. They have two intelligent and beautiful daughters, Grace and Leighton Jane, who attend Forest Park Elementary.
