What makes your customer service outstanding? Our customers are doing us a favor by allowing us to serve them. Knowing this, and my desire to get things right, drive me to be as knowledgeable and responsive to my customers as I can be. Our staff of 15 dedicated employees share the philosophy that the needs of the customer come first. By working together as a team we hope to recognize the needs and desires of the client and deliver to them the level of service they expect.

What type of coverage do consumers often forget? A relatively new coverage called privacy liability — sometimes referred to as cyber liability. Also, many businesses have exposure to claims of wrongful termination, harassment or discrimination that can be insured with employment practices liability.

Who needs flood or earthquake insurance? Flood is the most common uninsured property loss because flood is excluded by most property policies, the damage water can cause is underestimated, and people usually will not buy flood insurance unless required to by a lender.   A series of large quakes occurred throughout northeast Arkansas in 1811 and 1812 and are predicted to occur again. North central Arkansas has felt smaller quakes. Damage occurred near Little Rock in 1969. We recommend all consider flood and earthquake coverage.
