Bill Fletcher is a Little Rock native who graduated from Little Rock Catholic High School and the University of Arkansas. He has 13 years in the insurance business and they are all at Williamson Insurance. He's driven to be a trusted advisor to his clients and to build long-term relationships. As a competitive person, being in sales fits his personality and being a producer in an agency makes him want to do his best. When he's not working, he likes to spend his time outdoors or with his children.

What makes your customer service outstanding? You are only as good as the people working around you, and we have built an incredible team at Williamson Insurance. We are touching base with our clients multiple times during the year to make sure things are running smoothly. We are easily accessible and willing to help when needed.

As an employer, when should I consider for employment practices or cyber liability? Any employer is at risk for an allegation of wrongful termination, discrimination, or harassment. Employers have many employment laws to keep up with. An Employment Practices liability policy offers the insurance coverage needed to address this type of business risk. Regarding cyber liability, the only companies that are not susceptible to a data breach are those that have no employees or those that never turn a computer on. We are seeing more and more claims in this arena, as private information is not being protected as it should be.

Who is your mentor? I have been blessed to have many influential people in my life, but in the insurance business, Mark V. Williamson has had the biggest impact on me. His honesty and work ethic are second to none.

If you all of a sudden found yourself with an entire day off and nothing scheduled, how would you spend it? I would be with my family; in the fall, in the woods somewhere, or during summer, at the lake.
