What lines of insurance do you write? Auto, home, life, financial, boat and motorcycle, among others
What makes your customer service outstanding? We are very proactive in how we serve our customers. We perform policy reviews with our customers once a year. We also contact our customers if they have had a premium increase. We don't want to hide from increases so we call our insured, let them know about the increase and give them solutions on how to get it back down. Many times, there are discounts they are missing or changes we can make to deductibles.
What is a type of coverage consumers often forget to purchase? Many consumers do not have sufficient liability limits or life insurance. Insurance is meant to protect you financially from catastrophic risk. The biggest risk is getting sued and not having the proper limits and having to replace someone's income should they die.
How often should I review my coverage? I think everyone should review their coverages once per year. Things change in your life, so it is good to make sure you have everything in place to properly protect you. It only takes 15-30 minutes, so it is definitely worth the time.
