A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Brooke was born in Greenwood, Mississippi, before growing up in both Rogers and Harrison. She has been in the insurance business for eight years. Being an insurance agent was an easy decision, as she has four family members that are also State Farm agents, including her husband, Eric. Brooke writes property and casualty, life, health, and State Farm financial services products. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening and playing poker. Brooke and Eric have one son, 3-year-old Cooper.

What are the most important factors in choosing life insurance? I would say your need (death benefit amount), your budget, tax implications and the strength of the company you are considering.

What makes your customer service outstanding? We always do what we say we're going to do. I tell my team that it's so simple! Set the expectation and follow through with it. At the end of the day, we only have our word.

What does a typical day look like for you? My typical day begins with getting the family ready, fed and out the door! Most days consist of me coaching my team, assisting clients and working on various charity events.

Who is your mentor? Vikki Hudson, my mother. She is the most driven person I know but has the Southern grace that women can only try to achieve in their lifetime. You know how some people just have it? Well, she's got it!
