Smith, Drilling graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a B.S. in education. What does a typical day look like for you? I check messages first so I can return calls and email. I do research and formularies on a daily basis for my clients to help them find their best options. My favorite part of the day is getting to meet new people and assessing their Medicare needs as well as helping the clients we’ve had for years!
