Pine Bluff native Robbi Davis is driven by the ability to make a major difference in people’s lives on a daily basis. A University of Central Arkansas graduate and a 30-year insurance veteran, Davis and her husband Scott own and operate the Little Rock-based agency. The couple has two children, 18-year-old Maggie, a recent honor graduate from Little Rock Central High, and 16-year-old Parker, who will be a sophomore at Central High this fall. Davis is honored to have been chosen as a Soirée Best Insurance Agent for the fourth year in a row.

Which lines of insurance do you specialize in? Group and Individual Health Insurance

What does a typical day look like for you? I start each day by checking text, voicemail and email messages. My team and I are serious about responding to messages in a timely manner. Providing timely responses is very important to me. Our goal is to provide unprecedented service to our clients each day.

What type of coverage do consumers often forget to purchase? Long-term disability. LTD insures a person’s ability to earn a living. This coverage can be purchased on a group or individual basis and provides a percentage of income if they are unable to work until age 65.

What makes your customer service outstanding? My team and I pride ourselves in providing the quickest response to inquiries. Callers to our office will talk to an agent immediately. All inquiries are responded to within the same business day. Also, we stay up to date on the Affordable Care Act on a daily basis so we really are experts in the health insurance arena.
