The Women’s Foundation of Arkansas held its annual luncheon both virtually and spread across the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion gardens. Mandy Richardson and Mitch Bettis co-chaired the event, which recognized Marnie Oldner as Woman of the Year in Business, Sissy Jones as Woman of the Year in Philanthropy, Amy Fecher as the First Lady’s Woman in Public Service and Dr. Karama Neal with the Brownie Ledbetter Civic Service Award.
