Special Screening of ‘Stripes,’ Judge Reinhold Q&A Set for Friday Night

The man is gone, but his legacy lives on.

The Little Rock Film Festival and the Central Arkansas Library System, in collaboration with Hollywood actor Judge Reinhold, will do their part to honor the comedic legacy of the late Harold Ramis with a special screening of the 1981 classic comedy “Stripes,” which was written by Ramis. The screening is set for 7 p.m. Friday (March 7) at the CALS Ron Robinson Theater in downtown Little Rock.

Following the movie, Reinhold — who made his Hollywood debut in the war-comdey flick as Private Elmo Blum — will hold a Q&A about the life and career of Ramis, who died at 69 on Feb. 24.

Admission is $5, and seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Drinks, popcorn and other food items will be available in the lobby for $1.
