Pulaski Technical College Foundation honored artist Pat Matthews and Arkansas Senator Mary Anne Salmon at the college’s annual Business of Art event, which raises money for student scholarships. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and art explosion on the PTC campus.
