The Arkansas Literary Festival held a cocktail meet-and-mingle reception, at which guests had the opportunity to visit with many of the authors participating in the Arkansas Literary Festival. The event was held at Arkansas Studies Institute’s Concordia Hall, and Little Rock Soirée sponsored the bar.
