LaTasha McNeely Randle
Assistant Vice President Retail Banking Officer, Relyance Bank
About me: I am a lifelong resident of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. I am a proud mother of two, James Scott and Leah Warren Randle. I am the daughter of Karen McNeely, Mr. and Mrs. Charles McNeely. I’m the daughter-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. LJ Randle and granddaughter of Arvella Wright. I am surrounded by the prayers and support of my loving family and faithful friends.
I am grateful to have the opportunity to serve the city that also serves, motivates and supports me. I have worked in customer service for the last 20 years and been employed by Relyance Bank for seven years, currently as the assistant vice president retail banking officer after starting as assistant branch manager in 2015.

Best Career Advice: Learn to sit at the feet of wisdom. Be teachable. I’ve found that you can learn from everyone. I also found it important to know the strengths of others so that when I don’t have the answer, I know who does. And to be kind!
Lesson Learned the Hard Way: There should be no shame in asking for help, and there is little glory in being worn out. I would greet each task with, “I will get it taken care of.” While that is a good trait to have, asking for help is also a great one.
Proudest Moment of Impact: Some of my proudest moments are when I have the opportunity to speak with a group and they are amazed to see women in banking. As I look at all of the amazing, diverse and beautiful women of Arkansas, I am honored for this nomination. It also places a mirror before me to see how much more work I must do.
What Keeps Me Motivated: I am grateful God did not end my story with my mistakes. I have learned in my valleys and mountaintops, and remembering both times motivates me to push forward, especially my mistakes. The fact that my children have witnessed me overcome so many challenges makes me want to accomplish more.
