What makes your customer service outstanding?
My team focuses on asking good questions. By asking good questions, we often anticipate our customer’s needs. We always want to educate our customers so they can make good decisions. We want to make their insurance lives easy.
What's a typical day look like?
I'm not sure there is a typical day in this business! There are always unexpected things that happen to our customers. That being said, we always follow up on claims and we are very proactive in setting reviews with customers.
What type of coverage do consumers often forget to purchase?
Many customers overlook the importance of getting life insurance early. It often gets put off until later and sometimes poor health and higher premiums make it difficult to get when "later" finally gets here. We encourage customers to reconsider waiting.
Is it better to have a high insurance premium and low deductible or vice versa?
It really depends on the situation. A higher deductible can save customers money on their premium. It is important that people plan for the unexpected and work with their insurance professionals to find the right balance for them.
How often should coverage be reviewed?
A good rule of thumb is to review your insurance ahead of significant life changes. A change of job, retirement, combining families, new drivers and moving are all examples of important life changes that can change your insurance needs.
