Best advice you give potential clients?
Find a local, independent agency to work with. We rely on the community and our reputation for our livelihood. Homegrown agencies are typically more invested in your long-term business rather than a quick sale. We want to offer you next-level customer service because there is no better advertisement than a happy client. Referrals are the strongest driver of our agency’s growth over the last 15 years.
What are you looking forward to, personally or professionally?
After 20 years of marriage and many moves, my husband and I are blessed to be building our dream home. We are beside ourselves that the time has finally come! We’ve been dreaming of this for two decades and planning it for the last three years. After the completion of our home, I plan to start designing a swoon-worthy office to spoil my staff and clients. I love design so I’m excited to keep that going!
What has made you stay in central Arkansas?
My husband and I are high school sweethearts and have deep roots in Sherwood. We knew while building our businesses that we wanted to invest in the growth of our hometown. We currently live one mile from our alma mater. As cliché as it may sound, there truly is “no place like home.”
Who/what is your biggest motivator?
Growing up, I watched my mom overcome a lot of hardship. She was resilient and persevered where most people would have given up. She was a shining example of an independent woman. May my life be lived in a way that inspires women to know their worth, celebrate their strengths and recognize the value they bring to the world. That’s exactly what my mom did for me!
