There’s more outdoor fun on the calendar just north of the river.
This Saturday, the Argenta Vibe Music Series returns to Argenta Plaza, bringing the sounds of bluegrass and electronic. The Spooklights, a genre-blending collaboration between Ozark musicians Ben Miller and Pat Kay, fuses traditional mountain music, banjo-driven stompgrass and electronic elements into a high-energy performance.
Genres featured in this year’s lineup include Cajun music, rock, punk, Americana, folk, soul and more. The popular four-piece string band Arkansauce has brought its blend of bluegrass, newgrass, country and folk energy to Argenta Vibe since its inception, and will close out the season once again in October.
Here’s the full 2026 lineup:
- April 18 – The Spooklights + Whoa Dakota
- May 16 – Lost Bayou Ramblers + The Parker Unit
- Sept. 19 – The Bella Rayne Band + Amy Garland
- Oct. 17 – Arkansauce + Chris DeClerk
The free concert series debuted in 2022 and quickly became a favorite, complete with food and drinks on site for purchase. For 2026, organizers are continuing their goal of showcasing diverse local and regional acts. Parents and families are encouraged to bring the kids and enjoy family-friendly activities and a pre-show playlist.
Opening acts and family activities kick off at 6:30 p.m. Each show begins at 7:30 p.m. There is no concert planned for June, July or August due to the heat. Since Argenta is an entertainment district, you can also grab dinner or drinks from a nearby restaurant and bring them to the plaza to enjoy the show.
In May, Argenta Plaza will undergo construction, moving the concert across the street to Argenta Green. The temporary location sits across Sixth Street, where the Piccolo Zoppe Circus sets up each year. Follow along below for updates, including location changes and weather announcements.
The Argenta Vibe Music Series is hosted by the Argenta Downtown Council and North Little Rock Tourism.
