The Thea Foundation's popular Art Department series returned to the Argenta gallery, kicking off its 2023 lineup by highlighting the handcrafted leather goods of Bryant Phelan. The Arkansas native behind OFaolain Leather debuted part two of his "Artcessories" exhibition, the first of which Phelan brought to Thea in 2019, showcasing his pieces as "wearable art and conduits of personality."
