Supporters gathered for an intimate reception celebrating the founding of Every Child Arkansas, a network of state advocates, agencies, faith-based organizations and other groups working together to fill the gaps in caring for foster children and families. The event was held in partnership with For Others, the nonprofit of Christian music artist Chris Tomlin, who was in attendance along with Bart Millard of MercyMe.
