A new dining experience is on the menu at one of North Little Rock’s favorite restaurants.

Supper Club, the latest monthly dinner event from Cypress Social, launches Wednesday, Jan. 25, with a new four-course menu from executive chef Aaron Fowler and pastry chef Sara Horton.

The two chefs will showcase a fresh menu in a private, limited seating setting each month. It will be a fun night of food, drinks, conversation and of course, excellent service.

Here’s what’s on the menu for January:

First course: salmon and halibut mosaic, fennel, celery root mousse, lemon

Second course: beef short rib, ravioli, garlic confit, dried tomato, parmesan foam

Third course: elk chop, parsnip puree, barley, roasted mushrooms, cherry-wine reduction

Fourth course: almond sponge cake, berry coulis, lemon mousse, berry cremeux, white chocolate

Doors open at 6 p.m. for the first Supper Club event of the year, and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. With only 36 spots open, you’ll want to secure your spot early before they sell out.
