Held at the Arkansas Governor's Mansion, the annual Preserve Arkansas awards dinner once again celebrated outstanding achievements in historic preservation across the state. The event was emceed by David Ware and honored North Little Rock architect Gary W. Clements with the 2021 Parker Westbrook Award for Lifetime Achievement.
