The Hatcher Agency was started Sept. 1, 1990, by Greg Hatcher.

The Hatcher Agency has been the state’s top producing employee benefits agency in Arkansas for 30 consecutive years and has grown to the point where it is the largest organically grown employee benefits agency in the country.

Dottie Highfill

Highfill is from Pocahontas and graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in economics. Outside of the office, she enjoys competing in USTA team tennis, playing handbells and traveling in the great outdoors with her family.

Erin Moore

Moore has been with The Hatcher Agency for 12 years. She enjoys providing great service to her clients and forging lasting relationships along the way. She resides with her family in west Little Rock.

Wendy Hannah

Hannah enjoys building wonderful relationships with her clients, vendors and co-workers while helping them navigate the complex world of insurance. She enjoys tennis, working out and spending time with her husband and three stepsons.

Robert Ellis

Ellis specializes in recruiting new business and providing Outrageous Service. He has been married to his wife Meredith for seven years and has a daughter Sage, 6, and a son Payne, 2.

Jenni Gatlin

Gatlin was born and raised in Little Rock. She started with The Hatcher Agency in 2006 as a team lead. She is most proud of her big family of six children and six grandchildren.

Robin Fletcher

Fletcher has been in the insurance industry for the past 20 years specializing in health, life and Medicare for individuals. She was born in Memphis and attended the University of Central Arkansas where she received a B.B.A. in accounting.
