"Off The Grid: A History of Nature, Black Power and Freedom on the Arkansas Frontier" at Williams Library: For newly freed African Americans after the Civil War, The Natural State's namesake resource offered unique challenges and a bounty of wild materials. Miranda Lambert at Simmons Bank Arena: Boots at the ready. After playing the arena in 2015 and again in 2017, the country music superstar returns with her 'Wildcard' tour. Letter Writing Workshop at Bella Vita Jewelry: Ah, the lost art of writing letters. Dust off your stamps and get back to it with a little help from Cathy Shaneyfelt, founder of the Little Rock Letter Writers League. (Yes, it's a thing.) Chinese New Year at The Rail Yard: Every holiday is best celebrated through food, right? We think so, too.
