The Great Pumpkin Stroller Strides + Costume Class

Fit4Mom Little Rock is celebrating Halloween in style with a free Halloween-themed stroller strides class followed by a trick or treating party for the little ones. Halloween Costume Run with Buffalo Brewing

When Halloween happens on a regular weekly run, you keep the schedule and just add costumes. Run in costumes and dodge trick-or-treaters in The Heights with Go! Running. Runners have the option of 3, 4 or 5.5 mile runs. Prizes will be given for the best costume and post-run beverages will be sponsored by Buffalo Brewing. Trick or Beat - A Very Jolly Halloween Beatbox Party

Get your Jack Skellington on at Little Rock Athletic Club and prep for your sugar crawl later in the night. Jolly Bodies’ Halloween Beatbox Party has all the trappings of a perfect Halloween pregame — goodie bags full of top-shelf candy, costumes and a Halloween trap mix tap. Bike With Boo

Yes, this happens the day after Halloween, but why not get the most out of your costume? ZenStudio’s Bike with Boo is a special theme cycle class led by Katelyn Pfeffer and a surprise guest. The class is $25 for individuals or $40 for duos. Libations and food will be served after you get your sweat on.
Bonus: ZenStudio is having a scary good flash sale. Get your hands on five classes for $55 now through midnight on Oct. 31. There's no limit on the amount you can purchase but there is a strict three-month expiration.
