Through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, AICA has provided Native Americans with on-the-job and employment training and supportive services since 1977.

MISSION

The American Indian Center of Arkansas strives to develop an employment and training program through a collaboration of business and industry for American Indians, Alaskan Natives and Native Hawaiians living in Arkansas.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES

Earnest Whitelaw - Don Kinney Scholarship: This annual $500 scholarship is awarded to a Native American high school senior residing in Arkansas.

$500 - $1,000 assists veterans, seniors and Native Americans by providing gas cards, utility assistance, school supplies, Christmas gift cards, job training and more.

• Businesses can partner with AICA to provide on the-job training, in-kind hours and skills training for seniors and Native Americans.
