MISSION
The mission of JCCSI is to provide high quality, accessible primary health care and social services to all patients, especially to vulnerable and special populations, such as the homeless and individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
Throughout its existence, JCCSI has increased access to health services in both rural and urban areas by establishing clinics. They now have seven clinic locations open across the areas they serve. JCCSI also has a dedicated team of physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and support staff to provide comprehensive health care services.
