Potluck Food Rescue provides 12,000 pounds of rescued food per month to area hunger relief agencies.

The mission is simple: Save good food from being wasted and use it to feed hungry people.

Every year, Potluck rescues thousands of pounds of a wide variety of healthy food that would otherwise be thrown away, saving it for those who need it most.

Rescued food is distributed free of charge to a large and growing network of nonprofit community food programs. Inedible donated food is offered to area farms for composting.

Potluck is proof that the smart idea of food rescue can be transformed into a fully functioning and efficient operation that helps feed Arkansans in need.

Gifts to Potluck Food Rescue serve many different needs including grants, memorials and unrestricted funds.

$250-$500 provides aluminum storage pans, fuel, passive temperature control food containers, office supplies, aluminum foil and many other items that keep the program running.

Join the Supper Club for $30 a month to become a Potluck sustaining member. Benefits include exclusive activities, recognition and discounted tickets to events.

• Annual events include Not At All a Ball every April, Driving Away Hunger each September and holiday card sales.
