Tuesdays are for lovers.

Continuing its run of popular film series, the Central Arkansas Library System is hosting a lineup of movie screenings guaranteed to make your heart race.

Throughout February, Date Night Tuesdays will come to the CALS Ron Robinson Theater silver screen in downtown Little Rock. Each screening is just $5 a ticket and begins at 7 p.m.

Here's what's on the lineup.


Feb. 5: "Rent" (2005, PG-13)

This is the film version of the Pulitzer and Tony Award-winning musical about bohemians in the East Village of New York City struggling with life, love and AIDS, and the impacts they have on America.


Feb. 12: "The Notebook" (2004, PG-13)

A poor yet passionate young man falls in love with a rich young woman, giving her a sense of freedom, but they are soon separated because of their social differences. Based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks.


Feb. 19: "The Princess Bride" (1987, PG)

While home sick in bed, a young boy’s grandfather reads him the story of a farmboy-turned-pirate who encounters numerous obstacles, enemies and allies in his quest to be reunited with his true love.


Feb. 26: "Crazy Rich Asians" (2018, PG-13)

This contemporary romantic comedy, based on a global bestseller, follows native New Yorker Rachel Chu to Singapore to meet her boyfriend’s family.
