It's beginning to look (and feel) a lot like Christmas. The Downtown Little Rock Partnership will once again host Bright the Night, its annual tree lighting bash, on Monday, Nov. 21, at Capitol Plaza on the corner of Capitol Avenue and Main Street.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with holiday music and performances by the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and Ballet Arkansas, and of course, the tree lighting ceremony. Attendees can also enjoy hot chocolate, coffee, cookies, caroling, the chance to meet Santa and some winter weather magic.

Bright the Night made its grand return last year after opting for a COVID-safe, drive- and walk-thru experience in 2020.

The event is free and open to the public, and the downtown winter wonderland will be on display through early January.
