The Delta Biscuit Co., whose progress we’ve been watching for months, is finally making its debut with a pop-up brunch at Hillcrest’s Proof Bar & Lounge. From 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11, biscuit lovers are invited to Proof for biscuits, drink specials, football watching and giveaways from Proof and the Delta Biscuit Co.
