Table 28 is going vegan. Well, for a few nights, anyway. 

Table 28 will offer $40 Vegan Night events with a special vegan menu alongside its delicious dinner menu. The west Little Rock hotspot is only offering this spread March 27-29.

The menu includes:

  • Cumin and chickpea wafer with black-eyed pea hummus 

  • Kabocha squash soup with coconut milk, spiced pepitas and curry oil

  • Kale salad with pickled carrots, radish, farro and a lemon and tahini dressing 

  • Sweet potato steak with romesco negro, macadamia "cheese," mustard caviar and arugula 

  • Roasted cauliflower with quinoa, tatsoi, tomato jam and caper vin

  • Potato gnocchi with Arkansas shiitakes, crispy Brussel sprouts and truffle oil

  • Vegan peanut butter cheesecake with carob sauce and bourbon caramel 

  • Carrot cake with vegan cream cheese frosting

Located inside The Burgundy Hotel, Table 28's hours are 4-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 4-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
