What do you see as one of the biggest issues women face today?
Many women appear to “have it all” personally and professionally but are stretched thin and don’t enjoy the life they have built. They live on autopilot, are perpetually busy, and don’t prioritize health and wellbeing.
How can coaching help the woman you just described?
Coaching helps an unfulfilled woman get clear on what really matters to her and make conscious choices aligned with her values. Once she is making intentional decisions, she leads a more peaceful and rewarding life.
You are a psychologist as well as a coach. What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy is a treatment for mental health issues and addresses symptoms and impaired functioning. Coaching instead is a process for someone functioning well but something is getting in the way of her goals and making changes.
