Printmaking Exhibit Opening at Wildwood Park for the Arts

The art of printmaking has seen a resurgence in the past few years, and now a new wave of talent will be on display at Wildwood Park for the Arts.

As part of Wildwood’s Art in the Park exhibit series, Nature in Print: Arkansas Printmakers Exploring the Natural World opens Friday, Feb 24, making it the first of the 2017 series.

The exhibit features the work of Arkansan artists Miranda Young, Daniella Napolitano and Sarah Burns, each displaying their own styles and techniques as they examine The Natural State around them.

Stop by the opening reception for Nature in Print on Thursday, March 2 at 6 p.m. The evening will include a live demonstration by Napolitano, live music from John Willis and eats from Boulevard Bread Co.

If you’re feeling inspired, Wildwood is hosting a printmaking workshop for teens and adults of all skill levels on Saturday, March 11 from 1 – 4 p.m. Click here to register.
