Let's see, we've got an ongoing pandemic, the onset of winter and the holidays. Yes, it's definitely time for a cozy cocktail. That's where our friends at Colonial Wines & Spirits come in clutch with a seasonal favorite you can make at home: the pomegranate mule.
- 2 oz. Breckenridge vodka
- 1 oz. pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- crushed ice
- ginger beer
- sprig of rosemary (for garnish)
In a cocktail glass, stir together vodka, pomegranate juice, lime juice and honey. Once all ingredients are incorporated, pour over crushed ice. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
