The more Halloween, the better — that’s what we always say. And UAMS and Family Home get it because they’re bringing back their annual Tiny Hands Monster Bash again this year.

Now in its 164th year, this annual amped-up costume party is — despite how the name may sound — for adults 21 and older. Guests can expect hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, silent auction and live music.

This year, the Monster Bash will honor Janie Lowe, director of the volunteer services and auxiliary at the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute.

The best part is that the proceeds from this event go to two different programs: the UAMS neonatal intensive care unit and Family Home, a nonprofit that offers accommodations to families receiving treatments at the Cancer Institute or with children receiving treatment at the UAMS NICU.

The bash is slated for 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26, at Next Level Events. Tickets are $50 per person. To get yours, click here or call (512) 468-0808. For more information, check out the Facebook event page.
