If you've kept a flawless track record for summertime training, bless you, brave souls. But even if you haven't been the picture of perfect running all season, you have nothing to fear. The Little Rock Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and Little Rockers Kids Marathon are officially back to welcome you with open arms.

The 18th annual race weekend is set for Feb. 29 - March 1, 2020, and registration for is open now. There's even a free training program, which you can learn more about here.

Oh, but there's more.

After their annual game of teasing the general populace on social media, the CICs (Chicks in Charge Gina and Geneva) recently announced the theme for 2020: "Totally Awesome," meaning it's time to dust off your neon leg-warmers for this '80s run.

The Little Rock Marathon — known for its dinner plate-sized medals — will follow the same structure it introduced in 2016. The 5K and 10K will take place on Saturday morning, followed by the kids' race, while the full and half marathons are set for Sunday. For the crazies out there, you can also take part in The Challenge by completing the 5K or 10K on Saturday and the half marathon or marathon on Sunday. Whew.

Registration will be available through Feb. 21, but seeing as it sells out every year, we suggest signing up ASAP.

Learn more at the Little Rock Marathon website and by following along on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
