No, this isn't a typo. This Pumpkin Cheesecake Cake from Brown Sugar Bakeshop is literally two cakes stakced on top of each other - a pumpkin cheesecake and a pumpkin cake. It's out-of-this-world amazing!

For some in this life, no amount of dieting, clean eating or dentist appointments will ever change your passion for sugary treats. Sure, you enjoy a good salad, soup or steak, but there’s always an itch waiting to be scratched in the back of your mind: When and where will you get that next sweet fix?

We like to call this “sweet tooth probs.” (That’s Internet speak for “problems," for those of you wondering.)

To help you out with your sweet tooth probs, we’ve rounded up a few treats around the Rock we’ve had our eye on lately. Get ready to indulge.

Honey Pies

Just when you thought you’d never love again after The Pie Hole set off for Dallas, life has new meaning again. This pie shop’s wares are slap-your-mama good. The menu has everything from lemon cream pie and chocolate fudge brownie pie to chicken pot pie and beyond. Seasonal offerings are added every so often, including a chocolate caramel Oreo pie and anjou pear pie. You can order online, or if you can’t wait, you can often find a slice waiting for you at the Food Truck Stop.

Brown Sugar Bakeshop

It’s been a crazy few months for this local sweets staple, but after moving from their spot on East 3rd Street to a temporary corner of the Food Truck Stop, Brown Sugar is finally ready to open up its brand new space in Park Hill at 4621 JFK. Opening date for the “Drive-Thru Dessertery" is Tuesday, Feb. 23. Yes, you read that right. We’ll now be getting our cheesecakes, cupcakes and chocolate dipped strawberries from the comfort of our cars. Bring on the brownies!

The Pizzeria at Terry's Finer Foods

No, this isn’t about to be some joke about pizza pie. All month long, the team at Terry’s has been celebrating National Pie Month (our new fave holiday) with crazy-delicious specials. So far, we’ve seen chocolate chess pie,  black bottom coconut pie and almond and pine nut tart with a basil mint sauce. Whoa. We can’t wait to see what they whip up in the final week!

Mylo Coffee Co.

The Hillcrest coffee house is no stranger to the pastry game, but lately they’ve been knocking it out of the park. If you need further proof, please enjoy (aka drool over) this photo of chocolate mochi and blood orange glazed doughnuts. We rest our case.

Bonus: Twiggy’s Treatery

We’ve been keeping an eye on Twiggy’s Treatery since they first appeared on the farmers market scene in Argenta. We haven’t heard much from them lately, but we’re dying to get our hands on another chocolate chip cookie with hand-chopped Izard chocolate. Oy vey.
