The second Pop Up in the Rock festival was held on Seventh Street, on the three blocks between Izard and Cross streets. Attendees shopped the wares of 16 Etsy vendors, watched live graffiti art demonstrations, perused a Goodwill resale shop, saw live music, noshed on food from local food trucks and more.
