Regardless of any groundhog predictions, it was a gorgeous pre-spring weekend to welcome the more than 9,700 participants who took to the streets for the 2025 Little Rock Marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K and kids marathon races.
Mardi Gras-loving runners, walkers and supporters took part in all the festivities, and our photographer Mark Wagner caught some of Sunday’s big moments, including Little Rock resident Aaron Soltmann’s overall marathon win and Stefanie Rodell clinching the women’s title.
We also caught all the other good stuff like the smiles, the celebrations, the signs and no shortage of party beads — just your typical scene at the Little Rock Marathon.
