Turns out it is easy being green.
Hot Springs kicked off a weekend of celebrations with the return of the World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
The Spa City tradition crammed a whole lot of shamrocks (and Elvis impersonators) into its 98 feet. The parade was kick-started by Danny Trejo and grand marshaled by the one and only Cheech Marin, then wrapped up with a concert from Foghat.
