Joan Zumwalt received the first-ever Star of Excellence Award at Pathfinder Inc.’s 40th anniversary celebration at the Governor’s Mansion. Pathfinder, based in Jacksonville, provides a variety of services for the disabled, with a goal for each participant to become a self-supporting, productive member of society.
