3. Watch
“White Christmas” Comes to The Rep

Based on the Paramount Pictures classic film, this musical adaptation of “White Christmas” at The Rep is a heartwarming holiday must-see.

Set in the post-WWII era, “White Christmas” traces the paths of two song and dance men who follow a pair of singing sisters to their Christmas show at a Vermont inn. Once the men arrive, they realize the inn is owned by their old Army commander and a lack of snow has the inn facing tough times. The duo launches a wholehearted campaign to save the inn and win the sisters’ love.

Romance — and hilarity — ensues, along with a beautiful Irving Berlin score that includes songs like “Blue Skies,” “I Love a Piano,” “Happy Days,” “It’s Cold Outside” and of course, “White Christmas.”
The show runs from Wednesday, Nov. 28, through Sunday, Dec. 30. To see show times or to purchase tickets, visit TheRep.org or call 378-0405.
