After a successful inaugural year in 2018, the Oscar Washington Jr. Educational Fund hosted its second annual scholarship banquet. Held at the Clinton Presidential Center, the event featured the awarding of $1,000 scholarships based on academic achievement, financial need and volunteer community service to college-bound high school seniors. P.A.R.K. founder and former NFL player Keith Jackson was the keynote speaker.
