From basil to beef to buffalo, the Arkansas Local Food Network’s online store is loaded with products from local farmers and small cottage industries.
The ALFN is a membership-based organization that allows patrons to order goods online each week. It’s a great way to support the local economy and small, local family farms. It also helps you to eat healthy!
Membership fees to shop on the ALFN website are $60 a year or $7.50 monthly, but new customers can order twice before becoming a member.
The online market opens each Sunday and is open through Wednesday morning. Find out more about each product you are interested in through the ALFN’s “growers” page on the website. The market is open year round, but offerings will change based on the season. Check out what’s currently available in the market here.
Pick up your order on Saturdays from 10 a.m.-noon or Mondays from 5-6 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church, 509 Scott St. in downtown Little Rock.
For more details about the ALFN program, visit the website here or check out their Facebook page.
